Sunny holiday apartment in period building with direct access to a communal garden.


OCCUPANCY: This Airbnb can sleep up to 4 people but it is ideal for 2 people. Since it's a studio apartment, all sleeping spaces are in the same space.


LIVING & SLEEPING SPACE: The main living area has a comfortable double bed (160x200), a couch that can be converted into a bed with a sleeping surface measuring 140x200. There is also a small wardrobe with hangers.


KITCHEN: The kitchen of our Airbnb is equipped with everything you might need, including an oven and hob, a toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a table with 4 bar stools where you can sit comfortably and enjoy your breakfast.

We also provide tea, coffee, salt, sugar and pepper.


BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and a hair dryer. We also provide toilet paper, soap, shower gel and shampoo.


GARDEN: A lovely communal garden is right in front of your kitchen, which is also the entrance to your vacation rental. There is a bench in the garden and we also have two garden chairs and a picknick blanket inside the apartment. You can take them outside and use them. Please put them back into the holiday apartment after use so that they don't get stolen. Thank you!


BEDDING & LINEN: All our duvets are single duvets and the bed has two single matrasses. Bed linen and one big and one small towel per paying person are provided free of charge. Additional towels or bedding have to be ordered in advance and paid for during the pre-check in after booking.


INFANTS & CHILDREN: While we are happy to host families with children, please be aware that our vacation rentals are not childproofed. A baby travel cot (usually Hauk Dream and Play) can be provided for a flat fee when ordered during the pre-check in process after booking.


HEATING: The apartment is equipped with radiators which are connected to the central heating system of the building.


GETTING AROUND: The train and tram station and two supermarkets are only 200 meters away from our vacation rental. For more information about the location, please refer to our location page.


PARKING: Paid public parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. Free public street parking can be found 500 meters away from the apartment. The apartment is just outside the Umweltzone, so the Green Umweltzone sticker is only necessary should you want to drive into or through the city centre.


SAFETY & SECURITY: In order to protect our neighbours and ensure that many travellers in the future will be able to enjoy our holiday apartments, we use smart home technology to monitor the volume levels in the apartment. This device is privacy compliant as it is camera-free and does not allow us to hear what is being said, it only measures the noise level in decibels.

Disabling or removing the Minut sensor will result in immediate cancellation of the rental contract and you will be asked to leave the property.


DOCUMENTS: If you aren't German, we need copies of the passports / IDs of every person who will be staying in the apartment. This is due to § 29 - Bundesmeldegesetz (BMG). The documents and information are collected by us using a Pre-Check In tool from chargeautomation.


OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

  • The holiday let is located on the ground floor and has been lovingly renovated and converted from a former upholstery workshop. Since our Airbnb is located in a commercial space, it is legally allowed and does not take away living space from Berlin residents. So, you can stay in our holiday apartment without having a bad conscious about contributing to the city's housing issues.
  • The vacation rental does not have a TV, that's why we recommend bringing a laptop.
  • Due to its location out back, the Airbnb-apartment is relatively quiet. But there is a train passing behind the house which be heard. 
  • The holiday let does not have air conditioning, we do, however, provide a portable fan.
  • There is no washing machine in the apartment. The closest laundromat is about a 20 minutes' walk away.

Our rates vary from day to day. Please go to our Book Now Page and select a time period and the number of guests in order to see the exact price. Please be sure to select the correct number of guests as we have a surcharge for guests of more than 2. Children under the age of 3 can stay for free and do not need to be counted towards the overall guest count.


Damage Deposit


A pre-authorization is due one day before arrival and providing there are no damages it will be released 3 days after departure.

Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin, walking distance from Helmholzplatz, Winskiez and the famous Kollwitzplatz.
