Unfortunately, early check-ins are not possible because our cleaners need sufficient time to prepare the apartment for you.
Our cleaners start cleaning the apartment at 11 am, so check-out after 11 am is not feasible. If you’d like to use the apartment beyond 11 am, consider booking an extra day.
Yes, late check-ins are possible.
We do not have on-site luggage storage facilities and therefore can’t store luggage.
However, you can book luggage storage through Nannybag*. Use the discount code BERLIN10 for a 10% discount.
Alternatively, major train stations like Hauptbahnhof, Ostbahnhof, and Alexanderplatz offer luggage lockers. Alexanderplatz is convenient and close to our apartments, allowing you to explore nearby attractions like Museum Island, Berlin Dom, and Hackesche Höfe. The mall “Alexa” offers ample opportunity for shopping.
